As long as UAA is in Phase B of the COVID-19 operating status, the library will remain open only for current UAA or APU students, faculty, and staff.

You do have several options, however.

1 - Our collections are now available by hold through the Anchorage Public Library. If there are items in our collection that you would like to check out, you can have them sent to an APL location for curbside pick up.

2 - You can make an appointment for research assistance, either with a reference librarian or with an archivist.

3 - If you take one class (for example, the one-credit Library Research Course), you are a current student. If you don't have a Wolfcard (UAA student ID) already, once you have registered for a class, you can have one made at the Consortium Library. This ID will be your access method to the library entrances; we are open by card swipe only. Just follow the instructions for entry on the door when you arrive.
