If your UAA password is not working you can reset it by going here. If you find you can log in to some things but not others with your UAA username and password, your passwords may be out of sync. You can correct that by resetting your password at me.uaa.alaska.edu. If you are still having trouble, contact the IT Services helpdesk at 907-786-4646.
