Q. What should I do if I can't log in?

If your UAA password is not working you can reset it by going here. If you find you can log in to some things but not others with your UAA username and password, your passwords may be out of sync. You can correct that by resetting your password at me.uaa.alaska.edu. If you are still having trouble, contact the IT Services helpdesk at 907-786-4646.

If your APU username and password do not work, reset your password here or contact APU IT services at 907-564-8350.

If you are having trouble logging in to your Library Card account to renew items or check the status of a hold, contact the Circulation Desk at (907) 786-1871 to get assistance.
