Q. How can I use RefWorks at home?

When you go to RefWorks for the first time, you will have to create an account. You can follow the tutorial outlined in the library guide for RefWorks here and clicking the blue "Sign Up" button. An interactive tutorial will launch to guide you through the process of creating an account. 

You can also stop at the reference desk on the first floor of the library under the Ask Us sign or connect with a librarian via chat, text, phone or email by following the Ask Us link on the library homepage here. 

If you have used RefWorks before and are having trouble getting into your account, there's a link below the login button that says "Forgot password?" If you give that a try, they should send you a temporary password.
