If you've lost an item, we recommend you follow these steps:

1. Double and triple check all the places the item could be (car, home, classrooms, work, etc.)

2. If you've searched everywhere twice, come to the Circulation Desk at the library or give us a call at 907-786-1871.

3. If an item is from another library, please contact them for lost item information.

If an item is overdue more than 28 days, it is considered lost. You will be assessed a $90.00 Lost Item fee plus a $5.00 Late Return fee. The Late Return fee will not be waived. If the item is returned, the $90.00 Lost Item fee will be removed from your account. The Consortium Library will not accept replacement copies for lost books.

A lost Interlibrary Loan item will be assessed a minimum $90.00 fee up to the replacement charge from the lending library.

Damaged items will be assessed fees based on the replacement/repair cost of the item.
