No, we don't have access to Ancestry.com. The Anchorage Public Library provides in-house access, if you'd like to visit them. Click here for a list of locations and hours for Anchorage Public Library branches. We also share a subscription to HeritageQuest with SLED, which is another great resource.
For current students, staff and faculty of UAA or APU, click on Databases in the Find Books & Articles box. Then click on H and look for HeritageQuest.
For other residents of Alaska, you can also get to HeritageQuest through SLED. Click on 'SLED Databases' - you can then click on 'SLED Databases A-Z List' and scroll down to HeritageQuest Online. If it asks you for a password, there should be an 800 number to call to get one.
