Q. I am in Anchorage but I am affiliated with UAS or UAF. Can I access resources at the Consortium library?

You must be affiliated with UAA to have remote access to eBooks and online databases, but you can access both eBooks and online databases from anywhere on the UAA campus. 

UAF and UAS also have eBooks and other online resources, so you should be able to access those resources remotely online.
