There are a number of things that could be happening with your Wolfcard:
- If you have run out of money for printing, you will need to load more money onto your card. You can check how much money you have left in your account and load more money onto your card using a credit card here (the site is tends to be slow). You can also add money to your card at the Main Circulation Desk on the first floor of the library or at the transfer station in the Copy Room also on the first floor.
- If you still have money on your account, but it seems like it is not swiping properly, you may need a new card issued. You can get a new card at the Main Circulation Desk on the first floor of the library.
- If neither of these resolves your issue, or if you think the issue is related to something else, you can call the Wolfcard Office at 786-4695 and ask them to check your card and account.
