The printed text of the Affordable Care Act is available in the Consortium Library's Reference Collection. The Medicaid website explains that there are actually two laws involved:

"The Affordable Care Act actually refers to two separate pieces of legislation — the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148) and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-152)"

So, to repeat:

PL 111-148 - The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act
and
PL 111-152 - The Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010

Both of these public laws can be found in United States Statutes at Large, 111th Congress, 2d session 2010, vol. 124 Part 1. PL 111-148 takes up most of the volume, while PL 111-152 is much shorter.
The Reference Collection call number is:

REF KF 50 .U7 v.124 2010 pt.1
