We recommend you follow these steps:
1. Double and triple check all the places the item could be (car, home, classrooms, work, etc.)
2. If you've searched everywhere twice, come to the Circulation Desk at the library or give us a call.
3. If an item is from our library (UAA), we will process your information. If an item is from ARLIS, an Anchorage Municipal Library, or other UA libraries, contact them for lost item information.
For Consortium Library items the costs to replace an item can be found on this webpage under lost materials.
